Lauren grew up in Chicago, IL. She lived in Sydney, Australia and London, UK before moving to New York City in 2016.
Lauren graduated from Central Saint Martins (London, UK) in 2016 with a degree in Fashion Design with Print.
Lauren currently resides in Brooklyn, NY with her cats Squishy, Dolly Parton, + Juno.

Lauren Krischer (she/her/hers) is the founder of Acid Cat ~ a brand which is its own world.
She is a fashion designer, multi-disciplinary artist, tarot reader, and yoga instructor. She has found healing, growth, and connection with herself and others through them all. Lauren’s hope and desire is to share and offer all of these things to others through her talents + skills.
Tarot + Yoga
Healing ⊛ Connection
Lauren began practicing Tarot in 2018 when she was in one of the most difficult places in her life. She gifted herself a tarot deck and has had a nearly daily practice, exploration, and learning since then.
Lauren was introduced to yoga when she was a young child. She has practiced throughout her whole life and became a certified yoga instructor in 2024 at Solid Gold Yogi (Brooklyn, NY).
Her aim with both of these skills and passions is to help others like they have helped her: going from a mind/body disconnection into connection with ease and peace.
Lauren offers yoga focusing on the spiritual healing of PMDD and abortion related experiences. Please reach out for more information!
