Vintage mini skirt slips covered with the original Purple Tortie print! It has an elasticized, slightly lacey waistband and a gentle A line fit. Each skirt is made from vintage pieces and therefore have minor differences. Due to the hand printing technique, exact print placement varies from piece to piece.
