Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days upon delivery of your item to request a return.

Return processing fee of $15 for domestic (US) and $50 (international) applied to every return and will be deducted from amount reimbursed.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Returned items received by Acid Cat will be inspected and if in original condition a refund will initiated within 3 business days.

You will receive a return shipping label as well as instructions on returning your package. Returned items must be received by return carrier within 7 days of shipping label being issued.

Items sent back without first requesting a return or after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds

Full price items are eligible for refund to original payment method or store credit.

Sale items are eligible for store credit only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following types of items cannot be returned: hosiery, earrings, customized items.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
